Remote installation and Support options are available for all licensed levels of LogZilla.
  • Support is available in 12, 24 and 48 hour guaranteed response times
  • Priority support customers are also provided with a commercial ticketing interface for opening incident tickets located at http://support.logzilla.pro

All new purchases are provided with 30 days of support at no charge. After 30 days, customers may either purchase a support pack here or use our forums.

All incoming requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
For example: If you own a 24 hour contract and another customer owns a 12 hour contract, their case will be taken first. However, your 24 hour guarantee would still be honored and you will receive a response within that time period.

If no other customers are in front of you at the time your request is made, your case would be handled as soon as possible regardless of the guarantee time (i.e, we're not going to make you wait 24 hours, just because that's what's in your contract).
